Additional Ordering Instructions:
- If you’re having trouble ordering, follow these instructions:
- Choose your item by clicking the red Add To Cart, then choose a size (if applicable), and Click the green Cart button, then the blue Cart button.
- An Order Summary appears, then add any special instructions, such as ‘leave package in safe place’;
- Choose payment method and click Checkout; add your details (if you live in an apartment or unit, please ensure you use this example: 1/10 Coven Street, Witchville, NOT Unit or Apartment 1/10 Coven Street, Witchville);
- Add your chosen payment information, and a confirmation email will be sent to you;
- If you are experiencing problems or glitches, please try ordering using a different device. If you’re still having trouble please email witches@mfw.org.au and we’ll be happy to assist.
2. Postage costs vary depending on the weight and size of the item: so t-shirt postage is $10 each but a pin-on button, lipstick or mask is only $2.
3. If you’d prefer to pay by bank account, please use the “Seller will send payment instructions” button in the shopping cart, then complete your order by paying via your bank account to Account Name: MFW; BSB: 633 000; and Account Number: 128 725 090. Then send an email to witches@mfw.org.au, with order details.
4. Current #COVID19 restrictions mean some orders may be slightly delayed. We do our best to finalise all deliveries within four weeks of the order date but occasionally this is out of our control.
5. Our Merch Store is still undergoing development so for now, if you wish to purchase 2 or more of the same design in different sizes, please complete an additional order for each size required. If you make an error or decide to change the order, click back to the main site and go back into Merch to start again.
