Code of Conduct

...Because we Care

We’re deeply committed to inclusivity, equality and equity.  As we engage, communicate and activate we want to ensure we live our values and ask participants to embrace and follow our Code of Conduct.

All participants of MFW are expected to abide by our Code of Conduct.

It’s crucial that you’re respectful and polite. Witches can be angry sweary people, but that’s on our MFW Facebook and Twitter pages. We know how to behave in public, especially toward employees just doing their job. In addition, we don’t leave negative reviews based solely on these campaigns on Facebook or other sites such as TripAdvisor, nor do we damage or deface anyone else’s property (including News Corp papers), or remove them from their owners.

Examples of behaviour that contributes to creating a positive environment include:

– Using welcoming and inclusive language
– Gracefully accepting constructive criticism
– Referring to people by their preferred pronouns and using gender-neutral pronounce when uncertain

We hold the right and responsibility to remove comments or other contributions that are not aligned to this Code of Conduct, or to ban temporarily or permanently any members for other behaviours that they deem inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful.
